We are a Chartered Accountant firm providing Tax Compliance, Accounting, GST, ROC, and Document Correction & Compliance Services for Business Loans and Project Finance.
We do NOT provide loans, we do NOT act as NBFC/Bank/DSA, and we do NOT guarantee loan approval. We only assist clients in correcting and aligning their financial documents as per bank and regulatory requirements.
2. Information We Collect
Only when you voluntarily share for service:
- Basic: Name, Business Name, Mobile, Email.
- Financial for Compliance Purpose Only: PAN, GSTIN, ITR, Bank Statements, Financials, Project Reports. We do NOT collect or store Aadhaar full number, OTP, CVV, or Netbanking passwords.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide CA services: ITR Filing, GST, ROC, Audit.
- To correct and prepare documents like CMA Data, Project Reports, Financial Statements to ensure they are compliant with bank / NBFC requirements.
- To file returns on Government portals with your consent.
- To communicate service updates.
4. Our Data Deletion Policy – Key Point for Your Firm
This is our commitment:
We securely and permanently delete your Sensitive Financial Information in a timely manner if:
a) It is no longer useful for your ongoing compliance purpose, OR
b) You end your professional relationship with us and request deletion, OR
c) The statutory retention period is over.
Deletion means permanent removal from our active systems, cloud drives, and email attachments. We do not retain your bank statements or sensitive documents indefinitely.
5. Data Security & Confidentiality
- Encrypted storage with restricted access to authorized staff only.
- We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your data.
- Data is shared ONLY with Government portals (Income Tax, GST, MCA) or shared with Banks/NBFCs by YOU directly. We do not directly submit your data to banks on your behalf without your consent.
